These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at fujiiryoki-massagechairs.com and your purchase of any products from MedicaRelax SAS.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Product specifications and prices accuracy: We strive to display our massage chairs as accurately as possible. 

However, we do not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 

Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time. 

4. Logistics and delivery 

Our logistics operations are handled internally to ensure the highest quality of care. Standard Free Delivery: To offer complimentary shipping, we consolidate orders by geographic area. Specialized Handling: Our chairs weigh between 70kg and 140kg. For deliveries to garages or storage units, the customer must ensure proper lifting machinery is available on-site.

Exclusive delivery: A priority delivery service (1–2 days) is available for an additional fee, which we will communicate when you order. 

Installation delays: While we aim for punctuality, complex installations (requiring cranes or specific room placements) may affect our schedule. We will provide updates in the event of such delays.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal In accordance with EU law, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. 

Hygiene exception: For health and hygiene reasons, massage chairs equipped with head and foot massage functions are not eligible for return once the product has been used or the original protective seals have been removed. 

Original Packaging: All eligible returns must be sent back in their original packaging due to the specialized nature and weight of the equipment. 

Return Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund Security Policy To ensure financial security and comply with anti-money laundering regulations, refunds for card payments will be processed exclusively to the original card used for the purchase. 

Bank Transfers: Refunds will be returned only to the original bank account from which the payment was received.

7. Accuracy of billing and account Information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without prior agreement. 

8. Personal Information. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. 

9. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions. 

Occasionally, there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time.
