At fujiiryoki-massagechairs.com, we are committed to delivering your premium massage chair with the highest level of care. Because our products are high-precision instruments weighing between 70kg and 140kg, we manage our own logistics to ensure safe and professional handling.

A. Standard free delivery:
 We offer free delivery to our customers.(Only in Europe and only to the mainland; deliveries to islands or outside Europe are subject to additional cost.)
 To maintain this service, we operate on a consolidated logistics model: Route optimization involves grouping orders by geographic area. 
Delivery times: Because we merge orders in the same region, delivery dates are scheduled based on the logistics team's route in your specific area. 
Communication: Our team will contact you in advance to provide a scheduled delivery window.

B. Exclusive Delivery (Express Service): If you require immediate or time-specific delivery, we offer an Exclusive Delivery Service. 
Timeline: Delivery is typically organized within 1 to 2 business days. 
Cost: This is a premium paid service. 
The exact fee will be calculated and communicated to you at the moment of your order. 
Direct Transit: Your order is prioritized and delivered directly without being merged with other regional routes.

2. Delivery Requirements & access: 
Due to the chairs' size and weight (70kg – 140kg), please note the following requirements:
 Entryway dimensions: The customer is responsible for ensuring the chair fits through all doorways, hallways, and elevators leading to the final placement room. 
Garage or storage deliveries: If you request delivery to a storage unit or a garage, the customer must ensure proper lifting equipment is available on-site. 
Our team cannot manually lift these units in these environments without appropriate mechanical support. 
Path Preparation: Please ensure the path to the desired room is clear of obstacles, breakable items, or narrow furniture.

3. Installation & schedule delays:
We pride ourselves on punctuality; however, the technical nature of our work can cause schedule shifts. 
Standard allocation: We usually allocate 30–40 minutes for a standard delivery. 
Complex Installations: If a previous delivery requires a crane or specialized room-specific placement, it may take significantly longer than planned.
 Updates: In the event of a delay (e.g., traffic or complex previous installation), we will contact you immediately with a revised ETA. 

4. Shipping locations: 
We currently deliver throughout France and mainland Europe. Island deliveries or remote mountainous regions may incur additional surcharges and longer lead times.
