We take great pride in the quality of our Fujiiryoki Japanese massage chairs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) In accordance with European Union and French consumer law (Code de la consommation), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar
days from the day you received your massage chair, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement, such as an email to bureau@medicarelax.com.
2. For returns to be eligible, please ensure that:
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
- The product is in its original condition (no signs of wear, scratches, or damage).
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
- The product was not intentionally damaged.
- The product was used for other purposes and was technically damaged.
- Please note that due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on massage chairs with head, hand and foot massage components if the item has been unpacked or used.
We appreciate your understanding in maintaining these health protocols.
Due to the specialized nature and weight of Fujiiryoki chairs, original packaging is mandatory to prevent damage during transit. Do you have the receipt or proof of purchase?
3. Return Logistics and costs
Given the substantial weight of our chairs (70kg to 140kg), returns require specialized logistics:
- Return shipping costs: Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Logistics arrangement: Due to the complexity of transporting these items, we can organize the pickup through our logistics team.
The cost of this specialized pickup will be deducted from your final refund.
Self-arranged returns: If you choose to use your own carrier, you must ensure the service includes professional handling and full insurance for the chair's value.
4. Inspection and refunds:
Once we receive the item at our warehouse, we will inspect the chair to ensure it meets the return conditions.
We will notify you of the refund's approval or rejection based on the item's condition. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
For security and compliance purposes, all refunds will be processed exclusively via the original payment method. Transactions made by card will be refunded to the same card, and payments made via bank transfer will be returned only to the original bank account
Processing time:
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
5. Non-Refundable Items and exceptions for damaged items:
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the chair is returned damaged or with missing parts not due to our error.
Custom/special orders: Products customized to specific customer requirements may not qualify for the standard right of withdrawal.
6. Damaged or defective Items If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify the delivery team immediately upon inspection.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. In the case of a verified defect, MedicaRelax SAS will cover all costs for repair, exchange, or return.
