Our company is a direct importer, stockholder, and distributor of Fujiiryoki in Europe.
3. Orders and pricing acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Errors: In the event of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

5. Delivery and Installation shipping:
We deliver to addresses as specified during the checkout process. Access: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product's dimensions (provided on the product page) are compatible with their doorways and intended placement room. Installation: If installation services are included or purchased, the area must be cleared and ready for the delivery team.
Delivery time is estimated and we do not take responsibility for delays caused by our third-party subcontractors.

Logistics & delivery guidelines:
Standard free delivery: To provide complimentary shipping, we consolidate orders by geographic area. This allows our team to deliver multiple units efficiently within the same route.
Storage or garage deliveries: For deliveries to storage units or garages, ensure proper lifting equipment is available on-site. Our massage chairs weigh between 70kg and 140kg, and specialized equipment is required for safe handling in these environments.
Priority exclusive delivery: If you require immediate delivery (within 1–2 business days), we offer an Exclusive Delivery Service. This is a premium paid option; pricing will be calculated and communicated to you when you place your order.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU and French consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us via email at bureau@medicarelax.com. Conditions:
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.

Our Fujiiryoki massage chairs come with a manufacturer's warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear or abusive usage.
